2. Composition

The Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube consists of a glass test tube or a plastic test tube, a butyl rubber closure, a plastic cover, a label and additives (Z serum tube has no additives).

3. Intended Use

Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube is used for the collection and storage of blood specimen in clinical medical tests such as biochemistry, immunity, and serum.

5. Instruction for use

(1) First check whether the product outer box label is applicable to the local altitude, put on medical gloves to take out the product, use it with the blood collection needle, and check whether the product appearance and sealing are intact;

(2) Take out the blood collection needle, tear it open from the opening, and perform routine disinfection on the patient;

(3) Remove the blood collection needle sheath, hold the blood collection needle to puncture the vein, and see if there is blood return in the blood collection needle hose;

(4) Insert the other end of the blood collection needle (puncture needle) into the vacuum tube, release the tourniquet, and perform blood collection until the required blood volume is obtained;

(5) If multiple tubes are required for blood collection, the required vacuum tubes can be connected;

(6) For Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes containing additives, after blood collection, they should be turned upside down and mixed 5 to 8 times in time. The action should be gentle and not vibrated;

(7) After blood collection, first pull out the vacuum tube, and then gently pull out the blood collection needle from the patient's blood collection site; after the test is completed, all components are harmlessly destroyed and cannot be reused.

6. Contraindications, Precautions, Warnings

(1) The amount of blood collected by the Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube will vary with the altitude and atmospheric pressure of the collection site when the medical staff operates correctly;

(2) When using, judge its function according to the color of the plastic cap on the Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube, and select the appropriate Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube specifications and models according to the purpose of the test. The sterile product packaging or certificate should have the "sterile" description or sterile mark STERILE;

(3) Please check the appearance of the product before use. Do not use it if the packaging mark, product contamination, cap (rubber plug) is loose or the test tube is broken;

(4) This product should be used in conjunction with a sterile venous blood sampling needle with an anti-backflow device. The principle of vacuum negative pressure is used to introduce blood into the Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube through the connecting pipeline. One needle and multiple tubes can be matched;

(5) This product is for one-time use only. After use, it should be placed in a dedicated processing container for destruction;

(6) The blood volume in the connecting pipeline is about 0.4mL. When the blood sample of the last Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube is collected, please remove the venous puncture needle from the vein in advance as appropriate. The negative pressure in the Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube will suck the remaining blood into the tube;

(7) When using a Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube, blood backflow should be prevented; blood collection methods to prevent blood backflow:

a) Remove the blood drive belt when collecting blood, and avoid the collected blood from contacting the part spit out by the blood collection needle;
